Type of interview
A semi-directive interview scheme was chosen for the following reasons:
- There can be a basic structure and list of questions but there is also margin to follow what the interviewed wants to talk about.
- It is a flexible format where the sequence of questions can be changed in order to make the conversation fluid.
- Open questions are accepted. In this way the interviewers can reach ideas which can go beyond their previous knowledge.

Main questions
- ¿A qué se dedica la empresa en la que trabajas?
- ¿Podrías contarnos cómo es tu trabajo y tu día a día?
- ¿Cual es tu puesto en la empresa? ¿Cual es tu rol en el equipo?
- Cuando llega un empleado nuevo a la empresa, ¿cómo le explicais el trabajo que debe hacer?
- ¿Cómo es la relación entre equipos de trabajo? ¿Cómo es la comunicación?
- Si tenéis que transferir documentos, ¿por qué medio lo hacéis?
- ¿Has oído alguna vez hablar del término “Gestión de conocimiento” o “Knowledge Management”?
- Si la respuesta es sí: ¿Usan el Knowledge Management en su empresa de alguna manera ?
- Si la respuesta es no: Explicar que es
- ¿Has trabajado en otras empresas? ¿Se manejaba el conocimiento de una manera diferente? ¿ De qué manera?
