Type of interview

A semi-directive interview scheme was chosen for the following reasons:

• There can be a basic structure and list of questions but there is also margin to follow what the interviewed wants to talk about.
• It is a flexible format where the sequence of questions can be changed in order to make the conversation fluid.
• Open questions are accepted. In this way the interviewers can reach ideas which can go beyond their previous knowledge.
