Type of interview
A semi-directive interview scheme was chosen for the following reasons:
- There can be a basic structure and list of questions but there is also margin to follow what the interviewed wants to talk about.
- It is a flexible format where the order of questions can be changed beneficial to make the conversation fluid.
- Open questions are accepted. In this way the interviewers can reach ideas which can go beyond their previous knowledge.
